Typographic Narrative, Poster Series

This project is based around the role of Typography and Language in global communication through shared experiences of the effects of Isolation. The poster series uses Pessoa’s own writing(including poems, The Book of Disquiet) to visualize Pessoa’s way of planned isolation, which is creating heteronyms, to tell the positive side of isolation as self exploration. The narrative is based on how Pessoa isolated himself, the reason he planned this isolation, and the effect on his isolation both on himself and his writing style.
